Nurses ’n Kids provides Speech Therapy for children (Speech Language Therapy & Feeding Swallowing Therapy) as part of our Medical Day Care programs. Our Pediatric Speech Language Therapists will work with your child to optimize their ability to communicate with the world around them and to maintain adequate nutrition with the least restrictive means possible. Speech Therapy will focus on evaluating and treating your child’s oral motor structure and function, feeding and swallowing skills, speech and hearing skills, expressive and receptive language skills. Our Speech Therapists will determine your child’s best mode of communication as well as determine if your child’s feeding skills are age appropriate.
